Conduct needs-based consultations to understand sleep preferences, health considerations, and partner dynamics.
Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and differences between our mattress and pillow models and sleep products.
Educate customers on our trial periods, warranties, and promotions.
Work closely with the marketing team to relay customer feedback and frequently asked questions.
Achieve and exceed key metrics for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and conversion.
REQUIREMENT
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, consultative sales or support role (e.g., e-commerce, retail, high consideration is hospitality jobs like hotels or Airbnb).
A natural listener and inquisitive question-asker.
An excellent written and verbal communicator who can simplify complex details.
Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets in a remote/team environment.
A genuine interest in sleep, wellness, and product knowledge. (Bonus if your bed is often the most inviting, meticulously made, and layered piece of furniture in your home)
