Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the microfinance bank industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
