Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets. Develop and execute sales strategies for FX and crypto products.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management. Drive customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC/AML requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support training and onboarding of new sales staff.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales within Fintech and/or Telecoms.
  • Strong understanding of FX trading, cryptocurrency products, and digital financial services.
  • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Target-driven with strong ethical and compliance orientation.
