We are looking for a smart, proactive Customer Experience Officer to handle client inquiries, guide customers through our services, and ensure a smooth, professional client experience from first contact to service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media
- Explain our services clearly and guide clients through onboarding
- Manage follow-ups, complaints, and service updates professionally
- Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- HND/BSc in a related field
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business
