Job Summary
Enikó Business Consults Ltd. is a growing business consulting and compliance firm. We are looking for a smart, proactive Customer Experience Officer to handle client inquiries, guide customers through our services, and ensure a smooth, professional client experience from first contact to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media
  • Explain our services clearly and guide clients through onboarding
  • Manage follow-ups, complaints, and service updates professionally
  • Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
  • Work with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention


Requirements

  • HND/BSc in a related field
  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business
