Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Handle daily accounting transactions, postings, and reconciliations
- Manage invoices, payments, and receipts
- Monitor stock-related financial records and cost tracking
- Assist with monthly financial reports and audits
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Liaise with vendors, banks, and internal departments as required
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–3 years relevant work experience
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
