Role Summary:
The Sales & Marketing officer will be responsible for shaping and executing the resort’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, public relations, and event programming. This role ensures that CrownCity maintains a strong, positive brand presence across physical and digital platforms while building community engagement through memorable resort events and collaborations.
- Serve as a key sales contact for corporate, institutional, and group clients engaging with the resort.
- Conduct site inspections, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required to support bookings and partnerships.
- Drive group and corporate bookings through networking, relationship management, sales visits, and hosted client engagements.
- Manage the full booking lifecycle—from inquiry and proposal development to contract execution and post-event follow-up.
- Maintain and track a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Execute integrated marketing initiatives across on-site, digital, and partnership channels, ensuring brand consistency across guest touchpoints.
- Coordinate content creation efforts including photography, video, influencer collaborations, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with Operations and Food & Beverage teams to ensure marketing messaging aligns with actual service delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, booking impact, and guest feedback, adjusting strategies to improve conversion and engagement.
- Plan and support resort events such as festivals, corporate retreats, weddings, brand activations, and press engagements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events and activations.
- Build and maintain partnerships with corporates, institutions, NGOs, event planners, and tourism stakeholders.
- Represent CrownCity Resort at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions as needed.
- Collaborate with Operations, Reservations, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless delivery of contracted services.
- Track booking trends, market feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Hospitality Management.
- 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality sales, marketing, events, or B2B relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and standard digital marketing tools.
