Summary
- We are seeking a commercially driven Sales and Commercial Lead to support strategic sales execution, manage commercial processes, and strengthen client engagement within the oil & gas services sector.
- This role requires strong coordination, analytical, capability, and hands-on involvement across the full sales process.
Core Responsibilties
- Support sales strategy execution and manage the entire sales processes
- Coordinates proposals, maintain sales data, prepare reports, documentation and compliance.
- Cultivate and maintain the CRM pipeline, support junior sales staff.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or related fields
- 3 - 6 years’ experience in sales support, commercial operations, or business development (preferably in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Industrial Services).
Skills:
- Experience using CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- (Desirable) Commercial or sales certification.
