- Assurance (FOQA) Manager to lead and manage our flight data monitoring and safety assurance programmes.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in:
- Aviation Management
- Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering
- Engineering, Data Analytics, Safety Management, or related disciplines.
- Master's Degree in Aviation, Safety, Engineering, or related fields is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3—5+ years' experience in the aviation industry
- Prior experience in FOQA / Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) programmes preferred
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in safety, quality, or operations
Exposure to:
- Safety Management Systems (SMS)
- Risk assessment & corrective action programmes
- Regulatory environments (CAO, NCAA, FAA, EASA etc.)
- SOPs and flight data interpretation.
Eligibility:
- Must be authorized to work in the country of operation
