We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics activities at our Enugu facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient storage, accurate documentation, and timely dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile variances.
Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse space utilization and reduce costs.
Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, movement, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years proven experience in warehouse or inventory management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
