Technical Service Manager - Electromedical at JNC International Limited

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of biomedical / electromedical technicians
• Oversee installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, calibration, and validation of electromedical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and OEM standards
• Manage service budgets, forecast revenue, and drive P&L performance
• Strengthen OEM partnerships and manage service contracts
• Drive process improvements to enhance uptime, SLA performance, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of technical leadership experience within electromedical or medical device service environments.
• Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and regulatory standards
• Proven financial management and service operations experience
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
