We just launched Fonda App, a digital loan and grant management ERP platform helping governments, NGOs, faith-based organizations, and funding institutions digitize application processing, disbursement, and monitoring with transparency and scale.
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development/Sales & Marketing representative to support market expansion, onboard new client organizations, and grow adoption of the Fonda platform. This role is ideal for someone who first and foremost has experience in Software or ERP platform marketing, enjoys selling solutions, building relationships, and working in an early-stage tech environment with real impact.
Key Responsibilities / Daily Tasks
Identify and engage potential clients (government agencies, NGOs, MFIs, foundations, cooperatives, churches, and funding programs)
Present and pitch the Fonda platform to prospective organizations (online and in-person)
Support product demos and onboarding of new clients
Build and manage a pipeline of leads and partnerships
Follow up on prospects, handle objections, and support deal closure
Collaborate with the product and operations team to relay market feedback
Support marketing campaigns, outreach programs, and institutional engagements
Maintain basic records of leads, meetings, and conversions
