Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills within the team.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing timely feedback and implementing improvement plans where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and product launches.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Provenleadership or supervisory experience(at least 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory role).
- Strong understanding of financial products, digital payments, and investment services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Added Advantages:
- Additional certifications in Forex, brokerage, or financial markets(e.g., CISI, CFTe, or relevant local certifications).
- Fluency in Hausa, Yoruba, or Igbo(in addition to English).
- Experience working in a target-driven, fast-paced fintech environment.
