The Unit Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and driving the performance of a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents. The ideal candidate is result-oriented, leadership-driven, and experienced in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new Financial Advisors/Agents
- Train and mentor team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct weekly strategy meetings and performance reviews
- Support agents in closing major deals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
