Job Description

  • The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and increasing brand awareness through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and handle inquiries professionally
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance
  • Support digital marketing activities (social media, WhatsApp marketing, promotions)
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
  • Gather customer feedback and market information to improve services.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • Self-motivated and customer-focused.
