e are a financial service company who deal majorly with loan facilities to salary earners. We are looking for Sales/Marketing Officers to evaluate loan applications for individuals. You will act as liaison between customers and our financial institution and you will help qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Source for suitable prospects and market the loan products.
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans
- Meet the sales target.
Requirements
- Little experience as a Loan Officer is preferable but not compulsory
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
- Minimum of OND degree or BSc.
