REQUIREMENTS
- Academic qualification of either B.Sc, HND.
- 2 year or more proven experience as marketing executive or similar role.
- Demonstrate proven track record of achieving sales target and business growth
- Excellent writing and verbal communication and team- building skill.
- must possess strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and recruitment skills
- Must be confident and smart.
- Must reside in Lekki/ Ajah environs.
DUTIES
Sales Target Planning & Achievement
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the unit in line with company goals.
- Break targets into individual marketer goals and track performance.
- Ensure consistent deal flow and timely closure of land sales.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and motivate marketers within the unit.
- Hold regular check-ins, sales meetings, and performance reviews.
- Identify underperformers and provide training or corrective guidance.
Client Relationship & Deal Oversight
- Supervise high-value client interactions and assist in closing complex deals.
- Ensure proper documentation, payment schedules, and handover processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and referral partners.
Sales Strategy Execution & Market Intelligence
- Implement company sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns at unit level.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback.
- Provide actionable insights to management to improve pricing and positioning.
Reporting, Compliance & Brand Representation
- Submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
- Ensure marketers comply with company policies, ethics, and branding standards.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, inspections, and events.
