Job Description

Role Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the strategic sale of real estate properties. You will act as a key intermediary between the company and its clients, ensuring high conversion rates and maintaining the premium brand reputation of Genade Homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential prospects through networking, cold calling, and following up on marketing inquiries.
  • Property Showings: Conduct professional site visits, virtual tours, and presentations to showcase property features and investment value.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring all legal and company documentation is completed accurately.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate industry trends and competitor activities to provide expert advice to prospective buyers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to encourage referrals.
  • Administrative Support: Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to ensure all property listings and sale agreements are up to date.
  • Reporting: Meet realistic but challenging KPIs set by management and report on sales performance metrics.
