- The Human Resources Team Lead / Supervisor will oversee day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and staff welfare.
- The role requires a proactive professional capable of guiding HR officers, supporting organizational objectives, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations and activities.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Support onboarding, confirmation, promotion, and exit processes.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with policy.
- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
- Support payroll processing by validating employee data and changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.
- Provide HR advisory support to line managers and employees.
- Assist in training, learning, and development initiatives.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- A professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5–6 years relevant human resources experience.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead HR role is preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in HR systems, payroll tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles, labor laws, and HR best practices.
