Role Overview
- We are seeking a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Store Supervisor & Front Desk Officer (preferably female) to support the day-to-day operations of our fashion office.
- The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities, oversee store records, coordinate purchases from vendors, track sales and expenses, and supervise tailors to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
- This role requires a responsible individual who is structured, trustworthy, and capable of maintaining proper documentation and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Support:
- Welcome and attend to walk-in clients professionally.
- Manage appointments and client inquiries (phone and in-person).
- Support customer follow-ups and order tracking.
Store & Inventory Management:
- Record and track incoming fabrics and materials from vendors.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchases and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
Financial & Sales Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Track office expenses and petty cash usage.
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports for management review.
Tailor Supervision & Office Coordination:
- Supervise tailors to ensure adherence to production timelines.
- Monitor attendance and workflow discipline.
- Support coordination between design, production, and management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or ND in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant administrative, storekeeping, or supervisory experience.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and record management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Must reside in Wuye, Jabi, or nearby environs (Abuja).
- Experience in a fashion or retail environment is an added advantage.
