Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Full-Stack) who is highly skilled, self-directed, and capable of working independently.
- In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable software solutions for our data and business management platforms.
- You will also contribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and execution planning to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building robust systems that solve real-world problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of high-quality, scalable web and/or mobile applications.
- Design system architecture and make key technical decisions regarding tools, frameworks, and libraries.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in line with industry best practices.
- Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure applications are secure, well-optimised, and production-ready.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, development workflows, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI-related advancements, to maintain technical competitiveness.
Qualifications
Quantitative:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
Qualitative:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and time management.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Salary
N500,000 – N1,000,000 per month.
