Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities and ensure product availability in retail outlets.
  • Onboard new distributors and penetrate underserved markets. Conduct store visits and execute promotional activities.
  • Build relationships with stores, key accounts and address customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
  • Ensure proper product placement and monitor competitor activities and participate in promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance for improvement.
  • Manage a designated sales territory and optimize resource use.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of sales experience, with 2 years in FMCG and Modern Trade.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
