Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads effectively.
- Needs Assessment: Understand clients' insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Policy Sales: Sell various insurance products, such as life, health, auto, and home insurance.
- Policy Servicing: Assist clients with policy applications, claims, and other issues
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate clients' risk profiles to determine policy terms and premiums.
- Premium Collection: Collect premiums from clients and ensure timely payments.
- Claims Support: Help clients file claims and provide support throughout the process
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telesales performance KPIs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Insurance Policies
- Provide feedback to marketing, product, and customer support on customer trends, needs, and product experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline
- 0–2 years sales experience (insurance or retail sales preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic financial literacy
- Ability to work independently and meet expectations
