Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions and supporting organizational growth across our Lagos and Abuja operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage staff records, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution
  • Drive performance management and staff development initiatives
  • Support management in strategic HR planning
  • Coordinate administrative and facility-related functions (where applicable)

Requirements

  • 3–7 years proven experience in Human Resources roles
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Facility Management is an added advantage.
