About the Role

• The Head of Department, Midwifery will provide strategic leadership and oversight for academic, administrative, and clinical training activities of the department, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and excellence in midwifery education.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum implementation and improvement
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory bodies
• Supervise lecturers and departmental staff
• Promote research and professional development
• Coordinate clinical training programs.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Midwifery or related discipline (PhD preferred)
• Valid professional license
• Proven leadership and administrative experience.
