Job Summary
- Rolan Foundation is seeking a skilled and experienced grant Writer to join its Grants and Partnership unit.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling, fundable concepts and grant proposals aligned with the Foundation's mission and strategic priorities.
- The role is hybrid and based in Ibadan branch, with close collaboration with the National Office and the National Grants Team.
Requirements
- This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record of securing grants for nonprofits and social enterprises.
- The applicant must be able to translate programmatic ideas into competitive funding proposals.
- The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years proven experience as a grant writer or fundraising professional.
- The candidate must have experience in writing proposals for foundations, international donors and development partners must have excellent research, analytical and storytelling skills; ability to work collaboratively across terms and manage multiple deadlines; familiarity with donor portals and grant submission systems; passion for social impact and mission driven work.
