Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Research
- Conduct in-depth exploration of the Nigerian foreign trade market and industry needs.
- Identify and engage potential target customers with significant growth potential.
- Contribute to expanding the company’s market share across assigned territories.
- Sales Acquisition (Cold Calls & Visits)
- Initiate contact with foreign trade enterprises through cold calls and physical visits.
- Introduce and onboard clients to the client cross-border payment platform.
- Provide tailored cross-border payment solutions based on client needs.
- Client Management & Relationship Building
- Maintain and support existing clients to ensure optimal usage of the platform.
- Improve customer satisfaction and overall user experience.
- Establish “benchmark customers” to strengthen the company’s brand influence in the region.
- Performance & Reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market insights.
Requirements:
