Job Summary
- A Field Verification Officer validates customer, business, or loan applicant data through physical, in-person visits to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Key duties include conducting site inspections (residence/business), interviewing stakeholders, and reporting findings to mitigate risk.
Core Responsibilities
- Physical Verification: Visit residential or business locations to verify addresses and assess business, inventory, and turnover.
- KYC and Data Validation: Confirm customer identity, employee, or guarantor information to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.
- Risk Management: Identify potential default red flags, fraudulent documents, or inconsistencies and report them to the Risk/Compliance unit.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive daily/weekly reports on field activities, ensuring high-quality, accurate documentation.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all actions comply with internal operating procedures, data protection, and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
