Responsibilities
Content Production & Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for social, campaigns, website, and brand assets.
- Create visually compelling multimedia stories showcasing experiences, services, events, and partnerships.
- Produce short-form and long-form video content optimized for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Brand Visual Excellence
- Maintain a consistent premium aesthetic and uphold visual standards across all content.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative and Social teams to ensure cohesive execution of brand identity.
- Develop motion graphics, reels, video transitions, and branded visual elements where required.
Pre-Production & Post-Production
- Participate in content planning, storyboarding, scripting, and production coordination
- Edit and finalize content using industry-standard tools with high attention to detail
- Organize and manage digital asset libraries for easy access and reusability
Performance Support
- Adapt content based on platform best practices and performance insights
- Support campaign content needs and special projects
Qualification/Experience/Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Film, Communications, Creative Arts, or related field
- 2–4 years’ experience in multimedia production for a brand or agency (luxury or hospitality is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in video editing and design tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Demonstrated portfolio of premium visual content
- Highly Creative with a refined eye for luxury aesthetics
