Job Description
- Achieve Managernent's Marketing and Sales goals and objectives in accordance with our Business Plan.
- Create Social Media Marketing strategies- campaigns (including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules to achieve SIN 1).
- Ensure Brand consistency in our Social Media Marketing positioning by working with relevant internal and external teams/stakeholders.
- Grow and expand company social media presence on social media platforms, and grow our presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram. LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp and Telegram,
- Ensure the circulation Of engaging written or graphic contents in the form Of e- newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages.
- Conduct market research as relevant and submit report to nunagement.

- ICT & Social Media skills- At least intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and excellent Social Media Marketing (Must have active LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook accounts).
- Communication skills- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Performance Evidence- Clear evidence Of achievements in Digital Marketing in past in last 3 years.
- Emotional Intelligence- High social and relationship management skills
Qualification md Experience
- First Degree in any field (2/2 minimum).
- MBA with specialization in Marketing is an advantage.
- Experience - Minimum of 3 years experience in Social Media Marketing, one of which must be as Team Lead or Manager.
- Industry- Service (EdTech, FinTech, Telecoms, Education, Insurance, etc).
