Summary
- The candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems tour customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilties
- Manage work in customer ,incoming phone calls and customer complaints
- Generate sales lead
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
- Meet customer service team sales targets.
Requirements
- A Bachelor`s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing etc
- Good communication and writing skill s knowledge of computer and added advantage
- Must be a Female
- Keep records of customer interactions etc
- Interested Candidates must reside in Lagos preferably within this key region (Festac Town, Mile 2, Satellite Town, Ojo Town, Igando , Abule-Ado and environs).
