Job Description

Kayima Bistro is looking for an experienced, energetic Food & Beverage Manager to join our growing online kitchen. This role is for a results-driven professional ready to grow with an established team and drive excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food & beverage operations
  • Manage large-scale catering and bulk orders
  • Control food cost, stock, and wastage
  • Lead menu creation and improvement
  • Support marketing and customer growth initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service

KPIs & Growth Targets

  • Maintain food cost at or below 30%
  • Reduce wastage by minimum 20% within 3 months
  • Increase monthly sales and repeat orders
  • Successful execution of large catering projects
  • Improve customer satisfaction and order turnaround time
  • Support expansion of menu offerings and service reach

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage management
  • Strong cost control and business growth skills
  • Marketing awareness and customer-focused mindset
  • Able to perform under pressure and lead a team
  • Energetic and growth-oriented
  • Personal car is an advantage (fuel provided), but not compulsory.
