Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food & beverage operations
- Manage large-scale catering and bulk orders
- Control food cost, stock, and wastage
- Lead menu creation and improvement
- Support marketing and customer growth initiatives
- Maintain high standards of quality and service
KPIs & Growth Targets
- Maintain food cost at or below 30%
- Reduce wastage by minimum 20% within 3 months
- Increase monthly sales and repeat orders
- Successful execution of large catering projects
- Improve customer satisfaction and order turnaround time
- Support expansion of menu offerings and service reach
Requirements
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage management
- Strong cost control and business growth skills
- Marketing awareness and customer-focused mindset
- Able to perform under pressure and lead a team
- Energetic and growth-oriented
- Personal car is an advantage (fuel provided), but not compulsory.
