We are currently seeking a talented and disciplined Cook to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present high quality dishes in accordance with the hotel’s standards
Assist in menu execution for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and plating
Ensure proper food storage, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
Support inventory management and reduce kitchen waste
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver timely service
Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience as a cook in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of Nigerian and continental cuisine
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
