Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly content strategies aligned with business objectives
Maintain a 30-day rolling content calendar approved by HR/Operations
Produce 40+ short-form videos and 50+ graphics/flyers monthly
Manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and website
Build and nurture online communities; respond to inquiries within 2 hours
Qualify leads and forward to Sales/Operations in a structured format
Update website content monthly and optimize for SEO
Align content with campaigns and cross-departmental priorities
Maintain brand templates, archives, and internal content standards
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in digital marketing/content management
HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field(Digital Marketing certification is a plus)
Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; Osmo Pocket 3 experience is a plus
