Job Summary
We are hiring smart, courteous, and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Center team in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and provide an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and politely
- Document customer interactions and update records
- Follow call scripts and company guidelines
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND/NCE qualification
- Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused
- Must reside in or around Ikeja or be able to commute easily
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience in sales or telemarketing
- Ability to speak an additional local language
- Familiarity with CRM or call center software
