Job Description
- Audit planning & execution for Sales & Service.
- Addressing system deficiency through identification of system flaws and instilling appropriate control Measures.
- Carrying out Internal Audit Check, Audit Reporting and ensuring implementation of audit recommendations.
- Ensuring compliance, implementation and strict adherence to Standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Regular monitoring of Admin & Operational dept. Job card & documentation, Parts consumption, Local purchase, Outsource job, Price market survey, Diesel/Petrol procurement and consumption Periodic review of physical stock and reporting.
- Regular monitoring of Debtors Control, Outstanding and Stock of DML-Sales & Service.
- In charge of Audit Analysis and review such as Physical Stock check, Tally Review, Expenses Analysis (Admin/Diesel/Consumables, stationery etc), IIPL/Tally Reco, Sales review rate/Approval and Branch Activities.
- Responsible for preparation of Audit report after completion of tasks.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 – 3 years’ relevant audit experience (manufacturing experience is an added advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
